Was the law broken? County Commissioners recently had email and phone conversations about the Mecklenburg County Budget, and questions have been raised about whether this violates the state’s open meetings law. We'll talk about what Commission Chair George Dunlap had to say.

Charlotte City Council is considering changes to a noise ordinance in the city that has anti-abortion rights activists up in arms.
