Violence in the Workplace (Rebroadcast)


Violence in the Workplace (Rebroadcast) Homicide is the fourth-leading cause of job-related fatalities in the United States. Last year, 506 Americans were killed as a result of workplace violence. From a California beauty salon where a man killed eight people, including his ex-wife, to a murder-suicide at a home improvement store in Concord, domestic violence is creeping into the workplace. With this kind of violence on the rise, we'll look at the problem and at some ideas for preventing such tragedies. (Originally Aired: 10/26/2009)
