Mid-Century Modern Architecture

The mid-20th century saw the birth of home designs characterized by simple, clean lines with large windows and open floor plans. Think Frank Lloyd Wright and Richard Neutra. Some say those once modern homes are now outdated but since Richard Neutra’s death, his son, Dion, has been working to preserve those homes and advocating for their place in architectural history. He joins us in advance of his visit to the Bechtler, when Charlotte Talks.

Dion Neutra
