They make up a majority of voters in North Carolina. Kay Hagan wants them on her side. Thom Tillis wants them on his side. They could determine the outcome in North Carolina, and will have a huge impact on the national midterm elections. We are talking about women voters, possibly the most sought after group of voters this November.
