We get a look behind the scenes at the White House during the Clinton years. That’s when Melinda Bates was director of the White House visitor’s office, keeping up with celebrity visits, the Easter Egg Roll, welcoming dignitaries and power brokers.

Melinda will appear at the Southern Women’s Show on Friday, Aug. 28 at 2:30 p.m. on the Spotlight Stage and will also appear on Saturday, Aug. 29 at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. --- one presentation will be “A VIP Tour of the White House” and the other will be “Backstage With First Families.”
