Every four years, South Carolina becomes the center of the country’s attention because of the importance their primary has on the Presidential election.  All of the candidates have descended on the Palmetto State and Charlotte Talks was live at Winthrop University to talk about the people, politics and process that are the South Carolina primaries.  And we heard from audience members as well.  It’s special edition of Charlotte Talks.
