In addition to a new leader, United Way of Central Carolinas has a new mission. The agency is shifting its focus to targeted neighborhoods across Charlotte to tackle economic mobility, while still providing services to needy families.
Laura Clark, the organization's new CEO and president, talks with guest host David Boraks about the United Way's efforts.
