The Carolina Panthers have signed wide receiver Cam Johnson and safety Alex Cook to the practice squad. The Panthers also waived defensive tackle Nick Thurman who made nine appearances this season. Following the Panthers trade of wide receiver Jonathan Mingo, the team now has four open spots on the roster. They’ll take on the New York Giants in Munich on Sunday.
