The North Carolina Tar Heels baseball team fell short in the College World Series finals Monday night, losing to Oklahoma 13-2 in the deciding third game.
With the loss, UNC now has 13 appearances in the College World Series without a title — the second-most all-time.
Oklahoma secured its third national championship in baseball with the win.
