White and blue collar jobs need to make room: Green jobs are showing promise.

President-elect Barack Obama promised $150 billion over ten years to create millions of new green-collar jobs.

The goal is simple enough — reduce waste and pollution while creating a new economy. But is it practical?

Where will these jobs be located, and who will get them?
