Join wellbeing expert and garden influencer Ellen Mary as she guides you through our intrinsic link to the natural world for positive wellbeing including the benefits of earthing, forest bathing and gardening. It's a fun, relaxed talk but with a serious message. After a talk about the benefits of absorbing nature with some enlightening facts, you will take an intentional wellbeing walk throughout the gardens with Ellen to absorb the wonders of nature.
When you are fully immersed, you will use plantings and natural materials from the gardens to create your own memory container - a new and fun style of planting to create memories or to evoke happy memories from an experience. Ellen will share plant tips and care focusing on how to look after your own wellbeing as you create.
