Founded in 2019 by David and Jackie Siegel following the loss of their 18-year-old daughter Victoria to a drug overdose, Victoria’s Voice provides drug prevention education and support for parents and youth nationwide.
VITAL SIGNS was developed to empower parents with the tools to identify and address the early signs of behavioral health issues and substance use in their children. This timely initiative aims to equip parents with evidence-based practices, fostering stronger, more open relationships within families and, ultimately, healthier outcomes.
