Like the rest of the country, North Carolina's congressional delegation remains divided on the topic of impeachment. Predictably, those to the left of the aisle are supportive, and those to the right are largely resistant.
However, at least one North Carolina Republican, Rep. Virginia Foxx, has said while she doesn't support "partisan speculation," she does support "good faith efforts that get to the bottom of the whistleblower's allegations." Foxx is a member of the House Oversight Committee, and one of House's more moderate Republicans.
North Carolina's other representatives have shown varying degrees of support or hostility to the impeachment inquiry opened into President Trump this week. Below, we've compiled a list of where each lawmaker stands.

Sen. Thom Tillis

Republican
Does not support impeachment
Sen. Tillis released a statement on Twitter Wednesday, a day after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced a formal impeachment inquiry into the president. He called the inquiry a "total farce" and a "pathetic attempt by Democrats to destroy President Trump with falsehoods to overturn the results of the 2016 election."
Sen. Richard Burr

Republican
No public statements
Sen. Burr has not weighed in on the topic of impeachment. The senator has typically shied away from commenting on highly-charged issues concerning the president.
Burr currently serves as chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, and subpoenaed Donald J. Trump Jr. in May 2019 on matters related to the Russia investigation.
Rep. Alma Adams (NC-12)

Democrat
Supports impeachment inquiry
Alma Adams first announced her support of an impeachment inquiry in May 2019, saying "The president has demonstrated a clear disregard for the rule of law and he must be held accountable. Impeachment is not off the table. However, before we move forward the American people deserve all the facts."
Rep. Dan Bishop (NC-9)

Republican
Does not support impeachment
Rep. Bishop released a statement on Twitter Wednesday, saying "Despite every swing and miss, Trump Derangement Syndrome is still sweeping through @AOC's Democrat Party. Americans won't buy this batch of kool aid either -- Democrats need to stop their obsession with derailing @realDonaldTrump & get to work."
Rep. David Price (NC-4)

Democrat
Supports impeachment inquiry
Rep. Price released a statement Wednesday saying, "I fully support Nancy Pelosi's decision to move forward with an official impeachment inquiry. Reports of President Trump's clear abuse of power - inviting a foreign government to target a political opponent - breaks his oath of office and threatens our national security and the independence of our elections."
Rep. David Rouzer (NC-7)

Republican
Does not support impeachment
Rep. Rouzer published a statement on Twitter on Tuesday, saying "Launching an impeachment inquiry is simply a partisan maneuver by Speaker Pelosi & the Squad that the country doesn't need. House Democrats should focus on issues important to all Americans, not filling in the blanks of an impeachment resolution they've had drafted for months."
Rep. G.K. Butterfield (NC-1)

Democrat
Supports full impeachment
Rep. Butterfield was the first member of North Carolina's congressial delegation to call for President Trump's impeachment. In May 2019, he told McClatchy newspapers "The evidence that has been produced so far is sufficient in my opinion to support an impeachment inquiry and impeachment and removal." This was after Special Counsel Robert Mueller issued a public statement on the Russia probe.
Rep. George Holding (NC-2)

Republican
Does not support impeachment
Rep. Holding issued a statement to WFAE on Wednesday defending the president, saying "There was no quid pro quo and nothing that justifies impeachment. I think most folks have had enough of this circus. The politicians need to quit posturing and finger-pointing and get back to work."
Rep. Greg Murphy (NC-3)

Republican
Does not support impeachment
Rep. Murphy spoke to WITN on Wednesday, calling the impeachment inquiry an affort to democracy. "He (President Trump) did nothing wrong. He's the head of state. He's speaking with the head of state. There's no quid pro quo. There's no offers. There's no promises," he said.
Rep. Mark Meadows (NC-11)

Republican
Does not support impeachment
Rep. Meadows is among Trump's most loyal supporters in the House. He's published a series of tweets over the last several days castigating Democrats and asserting the president's innocence, writing "There's no reason to view this leaked call as anything other than a continued effort from within to undermine both POTUS and an imminent FISA IG report."
Rep. Mark Walker (NC-6)

Republican
Does not support impeachment
Rep. Walker published a statement on Tuesday, saying "Democrats have been tilting at windmills in search of impeachment for the last three years and they now think they have found their Don Quixote in a leaker who is pushing secondhand rumors ... Efforts to remove the elected President of the United States with no evidence of wrongdoing would leave the country even more divided and polarized than it is now."
Rep. Patrick McHenry (NC-10)

Republican
Does not support impeachment
Rep. McHenry issued a statement on Twitter on Wednesday, writing "Since this Congress began in January its been clear that House Democrats' ultimate goal was to undo the results of the 2016 election and remove @realDonaldTrump from office ... The House will now spend the remainder of this Congress focused on a fiercely partisan investigation that is nothing more than political theater."
Rep. Richard Hudson (NC-8)

Republican
Does not support impeachment
In a statement on Twitter Wednesday, Rep. Hudson wrote, "Washington Democrats have tried time and again to launch a partisan impeachment process in search of a crime, and this time is no different. The American people deserve better ... Washington Democrats are on a political vendetta against President @realDonaldTrump and want nothing more than to undo the will of the American people."
Rep. Ted Budd (NC-13)

Republican
Does not support impeachment
In an interview with The Salisbury Post, Budd defended the president, saying "The transcript contained no discussion of U.S. aid and nothing even remotely close to a quid pro quo. This looks like another fishing expedition on the part of Democrats, who have wanted to take out this president since the day he won the 2016 election."
Rep. Virginia Foxx

Republican
Does not support impeachment
In a statement to WFAE, Rep. Foxx criticized Democrats for opening an impeachment inquiry before the transcript of Trump's call with the Ukrainian president was released. However, she also showed support for the investigation, saying "Thanks to President Trump's release of the transcript, we have actual information, and I remain supportive of good faith efforts that get to the bottom of the whistleblower's allegations."
