We talk growth, development, parks and recreation, downtown revitalization and the Panthers. We explore the impact of those things on Rock Hill and Fort Mill with the mayors of those cities.
We meet monthly with Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles to talk about issues that are important in the Charlotte region (she’ll join us next week), but sometimes we also like to talk with mayors from around the region to talk about what’s happening beyond Charlotte’s city limits.
Earlier this year we talked to mayors from the Lake Norman region, and this week, we’ll meet with the mayors from just over the border into South Carolina.
The mayors of Rock Hill and Fort Mill join us to talk about what’s important to their residents, the challenges they face and the priorities on which they’re focusing.
