Opiate use is up nationwide along with opiate overdoses. However, there is another drug that can literally bring those who have overdosed back from the dead. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has urged federal law enforcement agencies to train and equip personnel in the use of this drug, but despite that, it is not without its detractors. We examine the opiate problem here, who has access to this recovery drug and exactly how it works.
