Should college athletes be paid? That question has been asked around the country for years. College athletics is big business with lots of revenue being generated and coaches with six figure salaries. Student athletes get scholarships but little else, even as they risk career-ending injuries. The Charlotte Observer is hosting a public debate and publishing a series of articles on the topic and two of their reporters join us to discuss it.
