The Mental Health System In North Carolina

Mental health care is a growing concern around the nation.  Many of the recent high-profile shootings were committed by those with mental health issues.  In North Carolina, Governor McCrory just announced the creation of a mental health task force to examine behavioral care options and make them better.  But just what is mental illness?  How many different kinds are they?  How are they diagnosed and treated.  We examine those questions and more.
