What’s in your wallet?  Do you have one of those new credit cards with the chip in it?  Banks and card companies are issuing them because they make it harder for the bad guys to steal your account information.  Financial fraud and identity theft are complex but increasingly common crimes and you have to stay informed to protect yourself.  Financial experts and crime investigators share their stories and some tips to avoid trouble.
