Women's Equality Women's Equality Day, which takes place next week, is a reminder of the work that it took for women to gain the right to vote and for other struggles towards equality for women. We'll discuss why it took so long for women to get the right to vote, the role North Carolina and the South played in the women's equality movement, and what work there is yet to do in terms of equality for women.
