Part One: Taking Care of our Vets Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Colonel David Sutherland has had a long and varied military career, including stints working with soldiers all over the world in places like Kuwait, South West Asia, Iraq, and elsewhere in the Middle East. He's in Charlotte to meet with community leaders to talk about how to better the transition and reintegration process for our veterans coming back from service around the world. We'll talk about how best to support United States Service members upon coming home from war, and how government agencies are working to organize military support groups to match with the vets who need their help.
