ArtBreak with Levine Center for the Arts

ArtBreak with Levine Center for the Arts
"ArtBreak is the monthly discussion between the three museums of the Levine Center for the Arts. For February, we discuss ""Social Harmony."" About this Event Join professional museum educators and docents from The Mint Museum, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, and Harvey B. Gantt Center for African American Arts + Culture to look closely and discuss one work of art from each museum. Each month, a specific theme is chosen to connect the works of art, and this month we will focus on “Social Harmony.” The image that we have chosen to discuss is “Memorial March after assassination of MLK, Main St Memphis, April 8, 1968” by Ernest C. Withers. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/artbreak-with-levine-center-for-the-arts-tickets-141650260743?aff=ebdssbonlinesearch"
