Holiday magic is back in Charlotte Youth Ballet’s 46th season of The Nutcracker! This family-friendly event showcases the artistry of local student dancers and professionals from around the world. CYB is a nonprofit organization led by Charlotte legend, Gay Porter, and Artist Director, Bridget Porter Young.

JAZZ ROOM Presents: The JAZZ ROOM Holiday Edition

Celebrate the season with the JAZZ ROOM Holiday Edition, a festive evening of live jazz and holiday spirit in support of JazzArts Charlotte’s JazzArts Academy. This special benefit concert features a joyful blend of seasonal favorites and jazz classics, paired with a pre-concert reception and silent auction. Join us for an unforgettable night of music, community, and giving—supporting the future of jazz.

The JAZZ ROOM provides a casual and intimate setting with tables and a full bar, reminiscent of the classic jazz rooms of yesteryear.

Brimming with beauty, enchantment, and holiday joy, Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux’s Nutcracker is set to Tchaikovsky’s iconic score performed live by the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra. This heartwarming tradition is a celebration of how imagination can transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Our favorite annual tradition returns to The Galleries October 30 to February 20, 2027. Clay brings together the work of contemporary potters from across the USA, featuring everything from everyday mugs and plates to stunning vases and sculptures. And yes, it’s all for sale!

Whether you’re hunting for the perfect holiday gift, adding to your collection, or just exploring the rich roots of North Carolina pottery, you’ll find it here.

Enjoy Yoga on the beautiful rooftop/rooftop floor of the Gantt!
It's always a great time for Yoga on the Rooftop. Join us Sundays at 12:30 pm for Yoga with SJ. Sajeedah Jones will lead you through a creative vinyasa flow – a sequence of poses linked to your breath – featuring hands-on assists and upbeat music. Bring a mat or beach towel. The class is designed for students of all levels, all shapes, all sizes, and all ages and will leave you energized, inspired, and ready to take on your week.

Enjoy the one-hour workout and mindfulness practice and then treat yourself to a self-guided tour of our galleries.
