The doors are about to open on the most unusual holiday shopping season in recent memory. With Black Friday and Cyber Monday just days away, the deals have already started online and in stores.

And just like the rest of 2020, this year will look very different. The coronavirus pandemic has challenged retailers to pivot and adapt in this unpredictable environment. Even in a good year, seasonal shopping can be a make-or-break time for retail.
