And a winter storm with snow, sleet and freezing rain is expected Monday and Tuesday.  The National Weather Service has a wind advisory until 9 this morning – with damaging winds possible.  A winter storm watch will be in effect from Monday morning to Tuesday morning.

MORAL MARCH IN RALEIGH

Thousands of people rallied in Raleigh Saturday to call on the Republicans who lead state government to reverse and repeal laws that protesters say have abridged voting rights and denied Medicaid coverage to more working people. The event also included a call for unity after last week’s slayings of three young Muslims in Chapel Hill.
