A new WFAE analysis finds CMPD Chief Johnny Jennings will receive a big boost in his pension as a result of a $305 thousand settlement with the city made public this week. The agreement gives Jennings nearly $46 thousand to stay on through year’s end, and a retroactive pay bump to January. That will likely give Jennings an extra $9 thousand a year in his pension, which was already going to be more than $150 thousand annually.
