Three new members will join the Rock Hill school board after no incumbents sought reelection for the seats on Tuesday’s ballot.
Zach Oxendine, Matt Hiers and Tyler Williams received the most votes in their respective school board races.
The Rock Hill school district is the second-largest district in York County, behind Fort Mill. However, district enrollment has declined in recent years.
