Charlotte's Growing Tech Talent Market

We know Charlotte is a banking town and we’ve spoken about the doors that designation may open for fintech – the marriage of banking and technology.  Now, it seems, we’ve become the top city in the U.S. for growth in tech talent.  Over the past five years, Charlotte has experienced a 74 percent growth rate in that talent.  How has this happened, what does this mean and where do we go from here?  We look at it all.
