Something started happening in Charlotte a few years ago that continued to brew and bubble and is now reaching a head: beer. But not any beer- beer crafted, brewed, served and enjoyed right here in the Queen City. Every few months, new breweries are opening or moving into larger spaces.  Craft beer is taking off, creating a new culture in the process. We talk about how we got here and what's ahead in a special program recorded at Olde Mecklenburg Brewery.

Guests:
Ryan Self
- Director of Sales, Olde Mecklenburg Brewery

Daniel Hartis - Author of Charlotte Beer: A History of Brewing in the Queen City and Beer Lover's The Carolinas, editor of CharlotteBeer.com and beer columnist for The Charlotte Observer.

Todd Ford - Owner and the head of production at NoDa Brewing Company

Jason Glunt - Owner of Salud Beer Shop, NoDa
