Northlake Mall may soon be up for sale. The Charlotte Business Journal reports the mall’s property manager, Spinoso Real Estate Group, is in the process of finding a broker to list and sell the property.

Starting in April, Northlake Mall will add five new security measures, one of which is a gun-sniffing dog.
