The latest on our ongoing growth and development. Big changes in SouthEnd, Dilworth and elsewhere and more banking competition. We hear about it all.
Growth and development. It’s Charlotte’s main story. And a sure sign of that growth are all the cranes rising around town.
Expect that to happen in SouthEnd as the second 23-story tower prepares to rise. Those buildings promise to alter the character of the area and increase traffic and parking woes.
Dilworth isn’t immune either. Medical office mania is gobbling up available sites including that of a popular coffee shop.
The airport is also expanding, and banking competition is heating up with new banks arriving along with their branches.
We hear about all this and more from four business reporters who have the details about what’s coming and how it will impact us.
