We’re talking futbol. That’s futbol with a “u.” In other words, soccer. Interest in soccer has been slow to build in this country when compared to the rest of the world but the recent World Cup did wonders to build that interest and next year, Charlotte is getting its very own professional soccer. We hear from the GM of the Charlotte Independence, the coach of the Davidson team and others.
