Join the Yellow Tea Rose Foundation of NC for Pearls for a Purpose, an afternoon of live jazz, dining and community impact at Rooster’s SouthPark. Proceeds support scholarships and educational programs for young women in the Charlotte area. Guests will enjoy live entertainment and opportunities to support the Foundation through event fundraising activities. Tickets are $100.

2nd Annual Special Olympics Run for the Gold Gaston County 5K on November 7, 2026 at Rankin Lake in Gastonia, NC. This year's theme is Superheros! Dress as your favorite superhero to celebrate inclusion, community and Special Olympic athletes. Run, walk, and roll along the paved trail around the lake or cheer from the sidelines!! Early registration (through November 6, 2026). Register by October 15, 2026 to receive your race shirts and medals.

A High-Energy Day of Fun for a Great Cause!
Are you ready for an unforgettable day of friendly competition, laughter, and impact! On Saturday, November 21st, Feeding Charlotte is bringing together players, families, and supporters for our first annual Kickball Tournament at fantastic Park Road Park.
Whether you’re competing with a team or coming out to cheer on the action, this is an all-ages, high-energy event that you don’t want to miss!
What to Expect:
12 competitive kickball teams battling it out on the field for bragging rights and awesome prizes
Bounce houses, games, and kid friendly activities for the little ones
Delicious lunch included for every player and ticket holder
Ice-cold beer and wine available for the adults
Music, vibes, and nonstop fun from start to finish
This event is for everyone: players, spectators, families, and supporters. Come kick, cheer, eat, and play while helping Feeding Charlotte rescue surplus food and deliver meals to families and individuals in need across the Charlotte area.

Join us at Ray Evernham's AmeriCarna LIVE Car Show, November 21, 2026, for a day filled with classic cars, live music, and good vibes!

Ray Evernham’s 14th annual AmeriCarna LIVE car show will be held Saturday, November 21. The show is the weekend prior to Thanksgiving again this year. AmeriCarna LIVE is open to all styles of cars and held at Trane Technologies North American Corporate Headquarters in Davidson, NC.

Ticket prices:

Early-bird registration is $25 per car through 11:59 p.m. on October 31.
Online registration from November 1 - 19 is $30.
VIP packages are available for the weekend and Saturday only. (See website for more information)
Online registration ends at 9 p.m. on Thursday, November 19.
Cars can register day of the event at the front gate.
Admission for spectators is $5. Kids 6 and under are free.

100% of the proceeds from AmeriCarna LIVE will be donated to the Evernham Family - Racing for a Reason Foundation and go to support the IGNITE community centers operated by the Autism Society of North Carolina in Davidson and Raleigh for young autistic adults.
